Budget Analyst

A company in Bartlett is expanding and seeking an experienced Budget Analyst.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience working through all aspects and details of the budgeting process, dealing with multi-million dollar accounts using spreadsheets, especially in depth Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must have knowledge of federal regulations, DOD (Dept. of Defense).
  • FAR proposal experience preferred.
  • BA degree preferred.

Salary: $40k - $55k depending on experience

Collections/AR

A Memphis company is seeking a candidate who has collection experience.  Associates Degree preferred.

 Requirements:

  • Must be knowledgeable of accounting.
  • Must have experience in collecting, reviewing & researching accounts and speaking with customers.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel.
  • Will be tested in Word, Excel, 10key and typing.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-5

Salary:  $12 - $14 hour DOE

Denied Claims

A medical billing company in Bartlett is looking for a denied claims clerk with medical office experience. Office experience needs to be in a general practice, family practice or internal medicine practice office. Responsibilities include answering phones (not receptionist), filing, typing, calling insurance companies, doctor's offices and patients to follow up on denied claims and other billing inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Must have 1+ years of medical office front desk experience such as a general practice, family practice or internal medicine practice.  (not hospital or insurance)
  • Must know ICD9 and CPT codes for basic doctor office visit claims
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication/grammar skills

Salary: $11.00- $12.00/hr. Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

A large Corporation in Southaven has an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant.  The candidate must be very polished and be able to work with extremely high level people including very high level local, state and federal officials.  They will need to have a general understanding of business and finance and be able to work with and use budgets.  This position will lead to a very large amount of responsibility with unlimited growth potential.

Requirements:

  • Must maintain highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Must have excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Must have GREAT oral and written communications skills.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally occasionally
  • Must have a clean driving record, clear background and good credit.
  • Must be experienced handling a great deal of responsibility and making decisions.

Preferred:

  • Degree in Economics, Communications, Literature, or Political Science.
  • Experience with International Cultures (i.e. Asian, German, Italian, French)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-5

Vendor Claims Representative

The Support Services Department has a position handling vendor claims and accounting functions.  Position will work with vendor accounts applying credits, giving price adjustments, account reconciliation, and handle all deductions. The claims are already written, will email over 60 reports to vendors, 50-150 claims are written each week and 200-400 credit memo worksheets are completed weekly.  Will be responsible for scanning and indexing all records in the computer (RVI system). 

Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors, account managers, etc. 
  • End of year inventory is REQUIRED.  Whatever day it is you work--you do get a comp day for that.
  • High School Diploma and AP and AR exp. required
  • Needs good general accounting background, AP and AR (will be tested)
  • Must know credit/debits
  • Experience with AS400 System and Access preferred, not required

Salary: $13/hr.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
