The short answer is yes. But, at Brannon Professionals, we made a decision to call this a “short-term” solution. We have a deep database of candidates who can step in and make an immediate impact.

Absolutely. If the position becomes permanent and it’s a great fit for both parties, we have transitional solutions that would allow the short term candidate to remain in that position permanently.

So glad you asked. For many companies and candidates, the word “temporary” carries a negative perception of lower quality candidates and questionable work ethic.

For short term positions, we handle the all of the payroll responsibilities. We guarantee transparency and to integrate our processes with your work-flow.
